When It Last Rained

Description

This scene is from Arches National Park in Utah. The steam bed, that is active when it rains, meanders through the landscape as a reminder that it will some day rain again. I was also struck by the rock formations sculpted by the elements of nature at the direction of the Master’s hand. One formation, the one in the middle, seems to suggest the portrait of a man.
